About the game

These terms explain use of the game. There is no player account, subscription, in-app purchase, entry fee or cash prize in this version. Device, mobile-data or internet-provider charges may still apply. The privacy policy explains information handling separately; accepting these terms is not consent to optional advertising.

Play and progress

Match neighboring candies, earn points and advance through increasingly constrained boards. The rules, remaining moves, mistake allowance and reward offers are shown in the game. Difficulty increases with base match points and active play time. Faster valid matches can earn more points; taking longer does not cause a timed loss. Game scores have no monetary value and cannot be cashed out or transferred.

Your progress is saved on this device. There is no player account or cloud restore service. Clearing app data, deleting a save or uninstalling may permanently remove your progress. We cannot restore a local save remotely.

Optional ads and rewards

Eligible adult players can choose an available ad for the reward shown before it begins. A boost gives 50% extra base match points for three minutes of active play. A revive adds five moves and 10% extra base match points for one minute, up to three revives per run. The next life's mistake allowance is shown before reviving. Reward timers pause in menus, during game animations, while an ad is open and while the app is inactive.

The boost and revive bonuses add when both are active: together they give 60% extra base match points, before any quick-match bonus. Watching another ad does not create an undisclosed multiplier. A reward does not guarantee a high score, a win or a particular run length.

You may use an ad's dismissal controls when available. A reward is added only when the provider confirms it was earned; closing before that confirmation may mean no reward. You never need to click an advertised link, install another app or make a purchase to earn the stated reward. Ad availability depends on connectivity, privacy choices and the provider. You may start another run without watching an ad.

Use of the app

We grant you permission to install and use the game for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable store rules. Do not redistribute the app as your own, interfere with its operation or use it unlawfully. Rights in the game and third-party components remain with their respective owners. Open-source licenses and any mandatory rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.

Updates and support

We may provide fixes, necessary security updates or changes to features and balancing. We will explain material changes where required and respect applicable notice and consumer rights. If something goes wrong, contact [email protected] with the app version and a description. We do not guarantee uninterrupted ad availability or recovery of deleted local progress.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer remedies, legal guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may stop using and uninstall the game at any time.

Children and families

Follow the age rating and parental controls shown by your app store. Children should involve a parent or guardian when seeking support or following external links. The current ad integration is disabled for players under 18 and for unknown-age players.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these terms, subject to any mandatory protections and courts available to consumers in their country of residence. These terms do not limit those protections.
